No: Most pain in the abdomen in the third trimester is related to the baby and/or the pregnancy. There are other causes, such as gallbladder disease, ulcers, and reflux disease that can cause similar symptoms. If your symptoms persist after the pregnancy, it would be normal to have your obstetrician or primary care doctor put you through some test to rule out causes that could cause continued troubl.
