With caution.: Caution is recommend with Cialis use in patients with decreased kidney function. Dosing of Cialis needs to be adjusted in kidney disease, and is based on gfr. Stage 3 represents a GFR of 30-59ml/min. The dose is 5mg once per day max. For kidney function worse than this, 5mg once every 72 hours is possible, but not recommended.
