No worries: Neck pain is very common and is rarely dangerous in and of itself. So, if it is mild and you are doing fairly well, you don't necessrily have to do anything about it. If it is causing you significant pin or limiting what you want to do, you may want to get it checked just to see if anything can be done to eliminate it. Thank you for the question.

Not usually serious.: This is not usually serious, but it is often a positional or postural issue. Awkward neck positioning, or improper pillow support, at night are common causes. Physical therapy, mechanical cervical traction, massage, acupuncture, and/or chiropractic can help.
