Cialis in Stage 3: Yes, it is. See your nephrologist and he will tell you that the only absolute contraindication against taking drugs like Cialis is using nitrates. This is because nitrates lower blood pressure by vasodiliation. Kidney function, at any level, is not a problem taking drugs like cialis.
