Finpecia ?: If you mean "finpecia", it's the same Finasteride as the us product Propecia (finasteride) -- at least it probably is, since it's produced in india and is not approved for sale in the us. If (and that's a big if) it is exactly the same as the us product, it has the same risks and benefits as propecia (finasteride). Ask your doc.
