Osteoporosis is common in elderly people, especially women. I have nothing against Chinese herbs but I am concerned about its interaction with Western medications. Chinese herbs are mostly made by tradition, not by studies.

This is an OTD product that allegedly "supports bone health". I always recommend you never take OTC products as it is not necessary to show that they are safe or effective. AVOID. Anything that says it "Supports" something means they have not shown that it does anything they claim. AVOID.
