Antifungal cream: I would just use an over-the-counter antifungal cream as directed. There is no data to support intravaginal use of yogurt or cranberry juice to treat yeast infections.

Yeast infection: Fluconazole (Diflucan) should be effective. Cranberry juice will do nothing for yeast infection, but can be quite tasty. Good luck.
