Can i put yogurt inside my vagina to cure my yeast infection? if so, what type of yogurt?

Please dont do that: Inserting yogurt or any other food into the vagina is not an effective treatment for a vaginal infection such as yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Over the counter yeast creams are available to treat this very common problem. It will be more effective to use one such as Monistat or Clotrimazole. Inserting yogurt is likely to cause you more problems.
