Yes: Women with pcos have a higher risk of diabetes and may have a higher risk for preeclampsia and other disorders of pregnancy.

Not due to PCOS: Pcos affects your fertility but does not affect a pregnancy. Your age does put you at increased risk for genetic anomalies and for premature labor, preterm delivery, pre-eclampsia and other pregnancy complications. Discuss this with yuor doctor.
