Trouble eith breath: At your age, the most likely cause is a panic attack, which can happen even when you are not anxious about anything in particular. Your pediatrician can rule out medical causes of these symptoms.

Fast heart rate: This may be "supraventricular tachycardia". Talk with your doctor - rule out anemia, too much thyroid etc and you may need 30 days os event monitoring.
