what does it mean when i have missed two periods in a row but i am not pregnant?

Not ovulating: Missing periods can be caused by thyroid problems, poly cystic ovary syndrome, or other medical problems. It would be wise to see a gynecologist for some help to regulate you'd periods, and some blood tests.
