Inflammation: I am most concerned about the swelling and pain. If this is localized to the wrist and joints of the fingers, this may represent and inflammatory arthritis. If they get hot and red and are stiff in the morning as well this is another sign. I would discuss with your doc. Could be a sign of rheumatoid arthritis. You are too young to suffer from osteoarthritis.
