Not so you'd notice: I guess that some extremely sensitive tests might detect some tar and nicotine in your partner's saliva, but highly unlikely that there's enough there to have any effect on your health or appearance. Assuming you're not kissing him while he's exhaling into your face, you only have to tolerate the smell.
