Get blood test: Pregnancy bump does not usually show till after at least 10 weeks (that's how long it takes your baby to grow in your pelvis). If in doubt, fool proof method is to get a blood pregnancy test, your pcp can order it.

PREGNANCY: You need to do the pregnancy test by blood or do pelvic ultrasound to see if pregnant.
