Schedule an appt.: You're doctor can do some testing since it has been four months (assuming you had regular monthly cycles previously). He can give you a 5 to 10 day trial of a Progesterone pill to see if he can trigger a bleed. If that fails, an ultrasound and some blood tests can be done to look for other reasons. Good luck!
