Ovarian cysts can cause anything from no symptoms to pelvic pain to bloating to frequent urination to irregular bleeding patterns-because they take up space in the pelvis & can change the hormonal balance. Ultrasound is the best way to know if you have a cyst, as they are not always easy to feel on Dr exam
