No: If your teeth are fully erupted calcium in the blood will not do anything for you teeth. Possible help with bone density around the teeth. However I have not seen any studies or research on this.

No: A common wives tale is that pregnancy and lost calcium in the blood can weaken teeth. Not true. One exception is altered blood calcium associated with osteoporosis which can make a person more prone to gum disease and subsequent tooth loss.
