Unlikely: Could be stress but there are many possibilities. You need to have a thorough evaluation by a physician. Would be a tremendous time though to give up tobacco, it will only become more difficult as time goes on.

Something else: You need to see your doctor and get further evaluation. Some blood work will be good to start with, then perhaps imaging study or referral to specialist if indicated. Pancreatic cancer is very rare at your age- unless you have a positive family history of pancreatic ca. Acid reflux disease , depression are more common at your age and may be something to consider. Stop smoking and go to see your do.
