I feel a lump in the right side at the back of my mouth, a sore right ear and hoarseness. feels like sinus, nostril not blocked. no probl swallowing?

Need to See Dentist: There are a number of dental infections from bacteria, virus or fungal that can cause this. A tumor can as well. You need a dentist to examine you and make the diagnosis. Then you can learn what you have, treatment recommendations and referral, if necessary.
