Stimulants: Thus far, the combination of cognitive behavior therapy and pharmacotherapy has elicited the best results for treating Cocaine dependence. The use of stimulant medications for the treatment of Cocaine dependence has shown some promising results, but there is not yet a proven drug treatment that has shown consistent efficacy.

Norpramin (desipramine): There is no need for prescription for any medication upon stopping cocaine. However, if a person develops craving, Norpramin (desipramine) can be tried. I also recommend joining na ( narcotics annonymous ) which is similar to aa.
