Not necessarily: A urinalysis is simply a scorecard for how the kidneys handle much of the bodies cast off waste. This includes byproducts of metabolism, water to dilute it & may show non-specific markers of other body function. Some tumors will secrete chemicals that would show up if you knew to look for them. In most cases, a routine ua would neither confirm or eliminate it as a possibility.
