Need more details: If the patient is a male and headaches last less than 45 mins the commonest cause is cluster headaches, otherwise more information is required.

Headache: Your headaches could be coming from tension, eye strain, tooth grinding, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems.
