Yes: There is some research that shows that milk thistle can slow activity of certain enzymes in the liver that help the body to metabolize drugs. If the enzymes are inhibited by the milk thistle, then the level of the drugs will be higher. Prozac (fluoxetine) is one such drug. Clonazepam levels can be reduced if taken with milk thistle.
