Entopics: At your age, you are probably seeing what is termed entoptic phenomena (also known as flying corpuscles). In the right light against a uniform background like a blue sky or a clear wall, you see rapidly moving tiny blobs which represent the circulation in the center of your vision. This is normal. If this does not describe this, then you might check in with a neuro-ophthalmologist.
