No: See your doctor; has he/she established you have a pregnancy inside your uterus? Do you have allergies? Vomiting? Some people have h pylori in their stomach that requires medications. Are you constipated? It is common to feel bloated and your tummy gets bigger. At 12 weeks your uterus is at the level of your pubic bone. If any further concerns or bleeding please see your ob/gyn.

No: Nausea may be normal upper abdomen (stomach) pains, no. Concern for reflux, gall stones, or something else, should be evaluated.
