Incontinence: Sounds like early stages of incontinence. You must be checked to see if you have an infection and get treated. These early stages can improve spontaneously or persist.

Fibroids?: Not sure exactly what the question is asking. I'll do my best. Urinary incontinence is unlikely related to difficulty conceiving (exception might be if due to large uterine fibroids causing pressure on bladder) or the use of Clomid (clomiphene) (an ovulation induction agent). Ask your physician whether any signficant uterine fibroids were noted during your infertility evaluation.
