Ovulation, yes: Clomid (clomiphene) is good for inducing ovulation except in PCOS patients whereby letrazole is been documented to be better. You may still have a miscarriage but pregnancy may occur if there are no other "barriers".

Maybe: Clomid (clomiphene) is used for increasing ones ability to ovulate. You mention that you have had 3 miscarriages, so you are ovulating. You should see a fertility specialist to be further evaluated as to why you are losing your pregnancies. There are many factors that need to be examined such as your current health status, past health issues, compatibility with your partner. Any elective abortions?

Maybe: If the problem is a failure to ovulate the clomid (clomiphene) may help but it sounds like you have more of a problem with recurrent miscarriages and the clomid (clomiphene) will not help with that. You need testing to find out the cause of the recurrent miscarriages. A maternal fetal medicine specialist could help with this. Best wishes for a baby in the new year.
