Cataracts: Apergers syndrome does not cause cataracts but that does not mean that the two conditions might not be simultaneously present.

Asperger & cataracts: There are no case reports of Asperger associated with cataracts. If a patient has head trauma or hits eyes or is on steroids frequently for an unrelated condition, cataract would theoretically be more likely.

No: Aspergers and cataracts are independent issues. Asperger persons are no more likely to get a cataract than anyone else their age. Aspergers does not cause cataracts.
