See your dentist: Sometimes bad breadth is not caused by ineffective oral hygiene and sometimes our oral hygiene is not as effective as we think . Have your dentist evaluate your condition and prescribe a course of action.

Bad breath: Add daily flossing (to get food particles deep between teeth) & rinsing mouth after every meal. Also brushing/scraping the tongue can remove food particles lodges there that can cause bad breath. Sinus conditions can also contribute to bad breath as can allergies with chronic post-nasal drainage. Controlling those conditions may help as well. If not, see dentist or ENT doc.

It Depends: How long has it been since your last dental exam? There are many things that can cause bad breath including mouth breathing at night, smoking, build up on teeth, an abscess, improper cleaning methods, excessive use of alcohol or alcohol mouthrinses, or even your diet or some systemic disease. You need to have a complete exam by your dentist and tell them that you have problems with your breath.

Halitosis: Bad breath can be caused by many different factors, including sinus infections, periodontal problems, smoking, cavities, acid reflux, and your diet. Address all of these possibilities with your dentist and physician, and I'm confident that your problem will at least be minimized, and hopefully eradicated.
