My leg is numb and there is a red dot in the area where it is the worst, what can be the cause of this?

Nerve issue?: Numbness is from a nerve issue which can happen from pressure, swelling or trauma. I'm not sure what the red spot is, but infection with swelling could be causing this group of symptoms. Best to have it evaluated soon by your healthcare provider.
