Crying : You'd be amazed at the number of things that can lead to increased crying bouts - stress, loss & grief, hormone levels, pregnancy, conflicts in important relationships, and depression to name a few. Reach out to you primary doctor for an appointment and ask about a psychotherapy referral.

Crying and depressio: You should talk to a professional to make sure you are not suffering from depression. Excessive crying, or "feel like crying" is often associated with depression.
