Get a gauge : Excessively dry air is a problem for many & can produce sore throats, nose bleeds & headaches. Too much humidity can also be a problem.Above 50% house dust mites thrive, above 70% supports mold & mildew growth. With a gauge you can run your system to target 30-40 % which promotes airway health without bringing on the other problems. Clean it regularly & remove any mold if it appears immediately.
