My gp said he felt something on my epididymis - spermatocele. but ultrascan showed nothing. how could he be wrong?

Several reasons.: Spermatoceles can disappear spontaneously, ultrasounds are operator-dependent and can miss small epididymal cysts, or the gp may have palpated a normal but prominent epididymal head. Relax, as this is a benign problem, but continue to do self exams of the scrotum.
