1500-2000 at least.: After that level one should be able to see an early pregnancy sac with transvaginal ultrasound (depends on your body type, the machine used and the experience of the examining specialist). Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck! cardiac activity usually seen after 4500-6000 - fyi.
