I was on accutane until september and in the last few months of taking it and even now i've been getting styes regularly. is there anything i can do?

Try Eyelid Hygine: Occurence of eyelid styes can be reduced by warm compresses twice a day on regular basis. I recommend using a small cotton towel and having it soaked in reasonably hot water and squeezing out water which is tolerable to the eyelids. I like to do these warm compressed for 10-15 miutes preferrably after awaking up and before going to sleep. Also try oral Doxycycline 20 mg daily for a month.
