No : Usually Propecia and rogaine (minoxidil) work. Sometimes oral spironolactone will work.

See a dermatologist: Oral spironolactone is for women, not men unless you don't mind needing a bra. Topical spironolactone has not been studied. You should be on a formal protocol if you wish to be a test subject.
