As best I can: It's not what country you have the work done in, it's the orthodontist that performs the treatment. In general I have my doubts about most dental treatment outside of the us, but that is only based upon my own personal experiences. "cheap" doesn't sound encouraging. I believe one usually gets what they pay for! do your research regarding selection of orthodontist!

?: Us and german orthodontists are well trained. Wherever you go for treatment, look at credentials, cases performed, and dr. And patient recommendations. It is critical to you'd dental health to make a wise decision. Quality ortho, not cheap, is the goal!

Not really: First of all you get what you pay for. Best ortho care is us, germany, and scandinavia. Second, your have to see the orthodontist every 4-6 weeks on average, sometimes more often. It's a continuity of treatment problem. Have the work done by the most highly regarded orthodontic specialist in your area. Check credentials carefully.
