See a urologist: You may not be on the correct antibiotic, since the prostate is difficult for many drugs to get into, the organism may be resistant to the drug you are taking. Ancillary measures include sitz baths, frequent ejaculation, etc. Best thing to do is to see a urologist and have them prescribe.
