Er: Go to your primary care doctor or the emergency room. If you have fat exposed you may need a suture or 2.

Emergency Treatment: Always apply pressure to stop any bleeding. Once the bleeding has stopped carefully clean with soap and water. If the cut is greater than half an inch you may want to head to the er for stitches. If you can't get to the er, sometimes a bandaid or tape can bring the wound edges together, and if available, super glue (not the white glue!) can give you a temporary bond! more than 1-2 inches...Er!
