Lung Inflammation?: You may have inflammation in your lungs, and when you take a deep breath and your lungs expand, that is causing your discomfort. Pleuritis is possible. You may have a muscle sprain as well, and when you use your accessory muscles to breath, that are aches you. See a dr. If it persists to get a proper diagnosis. Goodluck.
