Gall bladder?: With no other information, i wonder if you may have gallstones. Pain, nausea and vomiting may occur with gallstones - and gall bladder pain may be "referred" to your right shoulder, armpit, or upper back. Talk with your doctor if the problem persists. S/he hay recommend an abdominal ultrasound exam to see if they can spot stones. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
