I matabolize medicine too fast, what can i do or take to slow it down?

How do you know that: Don't know how you know you metabolize meds too rapidly. The rate of medication metabolism varies greatly from one person to another. There are genetic differences, plus certain medications (alcohol, pain pills, sedatives, etc.) can increase the rate the liver breaks down a variety of medication. What combination of meds (including nonprescription drugs) can also affect drug degradation.
