Unlikely. : Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) (cyclobenzaprine) is a muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle conditions such as pain or injury. Although relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles could theoretically lead to worsening bladder prolapse, this effect has not been reported. Generally it is thought that defects with the connective tissue of the pelvic floor is the greater contributor.
