Get thyroid checked: Different thyroid medications have different bioavailability. Even though your dose was the same, the switch could make you either hypo- or hyperthyroid. And either one can mess up your periods. Ask your doctor to check your TSH and ft4, and consider asking your pharmacist not to switch brands.
