Prolapse bladder: Prolapse of any or all of the pelvic organs, bladder, uterus, rectum, vagina or hemorrhoids is a challenging problem. The first step after diagnosis is physical therapy, aka kegel exercises. Most patients get a good initial response and then make an informed decision about surgical repair. Okay to take a friend/family for the risk/benefit analysis appointment with your surgeon., .

Generally, yes: Yes there is. You can use pessaries as pictured here to support the vagina and also the prolapsing of uterus, rectum, and vagina (if there has been a previous hysterectomy). These are not without their challenges but for some are wonderful options without surgery. There are radiofrequency shrinkage of collagen options for a mild prolapse this would not be beneficial for severe prolapse.

Pessary: A device can be fitted in the vagina to hold things in place. It's called a pessary and there are many different types and sizes. See a specialist for a evaluation.
