Possible: The best way to know is to simply stop taking it for one month and see what effect that has on your blood pressure. It it decreases then creatine should be avoided. If your blood pressure stays elevated than there may be some other contributing factor. Creatine can be associated with many side effects, most concerning would be kidney damage. I recommend it be taken with physician monitoring.
