First surgery on bi-lateral slap tear is not healing, are there any other options?

? Hip impingement: You may have either hip impingement( where there are spurs that restrict hip motion and can lead to labral tears) or arthritis. These are treated differently. There are open and arthroscopic ways to remove the spurs, but if you have arthritis you made need a hip replacement or hip resurfacing.
