None Proven: While there may be a small number of patients who do better with diet modification, most do not find it helpful.

None proven: No foods are proven to have significant change in neuropathy. Managing underlying issues is important however, such as keeping sugars low in diabetes or making sure to take proper vitamins in vitamin deficiencies causing neuropathy. However, there are no general foods that can specifically help. Some people feel omega-3 from fish can be neuroprotective, but not strong evidence to suggest efficacy.
