Tailbone pain and grinding, 11 months after child birth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sacroiliitis: It is fairly common after pregnancy to develop pain and inflammation in the joints between the sacrum and the hip bones. These joints are usually stretched during delivery. Treatment is available and may include medications, an si belt, physical therapy or injections. I would suggest you seek medical care as you don't want this to become a long term problem.
