Low blood sugar: You must be very aware of metabolic/electrolyte problems. Low blood sugar is a very common cause of shaky/dizzy feelings. You also need to be on the lookout for signs of bleeding, such as in your stool, as a low blood count can leaving you feeling the same way. You should see your doctor and have vital signs/blood tests taken.
